Smart fixes are now available for PR scans 💬

Smar Fixes will now show up as suggestions for PR comments and can be viewed on the Projects page for PR branches.
- Users can now get Smart Fix suggestions not only on the main branch but also for each PR that triggered a scan.
- Suggestions are based on the main branch results, to make sure only approved attributes are suggested.
- New Smart Fixes can be viewed in the platform’s Projects page (PR scans), or using the Github PR comments bot.
